San Diego, CA - June 15th, 2013 - A player from Oceanside gets tackled by a player from the Tempe club. Rugby 7's has gained popularity in the USA in past years, especially with the re-introduction of rugby into the Olympic Games in 2016. This tournament was the first qualifier in Southern California to play in a national tournament. The team from Belmont beat OMBAC in the finals 29-12. Photo by Wally Nell
